Mae Frances

Jamestown, CO

Yo, I'm Mae. I was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and have lived in Colorado for nearly seven years. Where I'm from and how I was brought up play a huge role in my creative drive as a photographer and as a human being.

Authentic people and honest adventure make me tick. Honest in the way that you aren't doing it for anyone else. No frills, no fancy posing, just real people, doing real shit. Candid, genuine, dirtbag, messy, real. This theme runs true through all of my work.

Aubrey Janelle

Portland, OR

I tell stories and unearth hidden moments.  I believe earnestly in sharing each other’s personal histories and honoring the things that make us unique.

I want to understand the ways in which we navigate through time and space. So I freeze it, in an attempt to make sense of it all; chasing a fixed state of wonder.

Brent weber

Asheville, NC

Hey, I’m Brent! My closest friends call me Brentos. My best days are spent in free-flow - allowing the day’s story to unfold as it may. I love listening to that inner voice that tells me to talk to that stranger, or to take that turn down the old dirt road I’ve never been down. I’m drawn to honest, kind, and passionate spirits, and as a photographer, I aim to emulate those traits in my work.

Jonathan (jon) Moore

Portland, OR

A Carolina boy with a creative streak. Jon is one of the founders of The Beans and Rice, and although he wears many hats for the company, his passion remains to be image making. He’s an avid fly fisherman and lover of backpacking. When it comes to work, he’s most at home with a camera in his hands.

Shane farnsworth

As a multidisciplinary creator, Shane wears a lot of different hats ranging from content director to cinematographer to editor. But, at his core, he considers himself a storyteller.

He loves to take raw, unpolished ideas and sculpt them into something clear and beautiful. He believes in the power of visual language and uses it to help brands communicate their stories.

Above all else, Shane strives to be good to others and use his voice and work to create a positive effect on the world.

Jenna Mahaffie

Jackson, WY

I'm constantly inspired by the people and places I choose to surround myself with, and nothing makes me happier than being with those I love in the places we thrive. I currently work and play in the shadows of the Tetons and call Jackson, Wyoming home. That being said, it is the age of the internet, and I am fortunate enough that this career path has led me to clients spanning from my hometown of Washington D.C., to the beaches of California, the mountains of Maine, and even the jungles of Panama. I have extensive experience working in the outdoor sphere, but much of my freelance work to date has led me to mission driven organizations and brands with no ties to a specific industry.

BEn Perry

Jamestown, CO

Hey all, I’m Ben. I moved to Colorado in 1997 for a two-year graduate degree program and, well, I’m still here. I’ve managed to parlay that coveted M.A. in Medieval Literature into a nifty little gig writing for a wide variety of brands and organizations. I also trot out the occasional travel blog post under the name Ben Wanderin’, which seemed really clever when I bought the URL.

Kate Sedrowski

Golden, CO

I’m a Climber, creator, and community builder. I started as a videographer, now a writer – always a storyteller.

After falling head over heel hooks for climbing in a gym in Boston, I moved to Golden, Colorado because “the mountains were calling.” Now I spend as much time as possible exploring the Front Range and the Mountain West. I'm up for climbing just about anything, from fun sport to multi-pitch trad to pebble wrestling (as long as it’s not slab). See you at the crag!
